Roof

Timber structural panel with 150mm of Earthwool Insulation packed into the panel to provide a thermally efficient and sound proof panel, with a 52mm ridged insulated slab internally, finished with a skim plaster finish to the ceiling. The roof covering is by EPDM rubber single ply roof membrane which comes with a 10 year warranty. Edge trims and gutter are uPVC.

Floor

Floor is timber structural panel as standard raised off the ground, with 100mm thermally efficient ridged insulation with OSB plywood on top. The floor is finished with oak laminated flooring with skirting trims to all walls.

External wal

External wall finished with Cembrit Plank fibre cement, maintenance free, cladding boards in a range of four colours as standard with an optional extra for Western Red Cedar Cladding.

Insulation

ECO Build Garden Rooms come with a superior level of insulation to provide a superior level of thermal insulation to many competitor offerings on the market. We also provide a superior level of air tightness with our garden rooms to ensure that they are snug and warm providing all year round use for our valuable customers.

Electrical package consists of sub fuse board inside the room ready for connection, smoke alarm for added safety, 4 double chrome sockets, 2KW heater, 2 exterior wall mounted led chrome fittings, 4 to 8 Chrome Led spotlights.

Foundations

All rooms include foundations. Our normal installation is using modern groundscrew. Fast, clean and efficient. Alternatively depending on ground conditions and the plan used of your garden room we will supply an insulated concert raft foundation at an additional cost

Flush Fit Electrical and Ethernet Sockets

Sockets have a stylish modern, slim profile and have a lightly lacquered surface to help reduce fingerprint marks.

Wall Cladding

Our garden room comes with clad cembrit plank fibre cement cladding panels in a range of 4 colours.

Outdoor lights

Outdoor lamps are ideal when you’re in need for extra lighting for security or decorative purposes.

Heating Panels

All of our rooms come installed with a thermostatically operated 3Kw electric heater. High Power. Super-Efficient.
